• Simple retake/approval loop with traceable feedback
• Predictable payouts after approval

• Transparent rates per minute/word/scene before you accept
• Tiered credentials unlock higher rates and more complex work
• Flexible & remote across time zones
Transcribers • Translators/Adapters • Voice Actors • Audio Editors/Mixers • Scene QCs
If you want steady, well-scoped dubbing work without platform chaos, DubNet keeps the workflow simple, predictable, and fair.
Once you pass role-specific skills checks (e.g., transcription, translation, voice, edit/mix, scene QC), you'll start receiving task invites that match your languages, gear, and availability. You choose what to accept—no bidding or cold outreach.
Rates are fixed per task type (per minute/word/scene) and shown up front on each invite. After QC approval, the task moves to payout on a predictable schedule. You'll pick a payout method during onboarding (options vary by country).
Yes. You can qualify for multiple roles and languages. Each role/language pair has its own skills check; unlocking more pairs gives you more invite volume.
Transcribers/Translators/QCs: reliable computer, good headphones, stable internet. Voice Actors: treated recording space, XLR or high-quality USB mic, audio interface (for XLR), pop filter, consistent noise floor. Audio Editors/Mixers: DAW proficiency (e.g., Reaper, Pro Tools), cleanup and leveling tools. Detailed specs are provided in the onboarding guide.
QC leaves scene-level notes and the task returns to you for retakes/edits. You'll see exactly what to fix and can resubmit. If a submission doesn't meet baseline spec after retakes, it may be reassigned; consistent high quality unlocks higher tiers and rate multipliers.
